I think in the process of learning mathematics, especially in the field of mathematics is needed realistic depiction, or visualization of that is intended. As we all know math realistic emphasis on how a student can construct concrete objects and then develop it into a mathematical concept. Therefore is very much needed role of a teacher to create objects that can stimulate students to be open minded and can construct the thing to obtain a mathematical concept. That is why the video tape recorder important, because can help teachers to create objects that are intended.

Application of advanced alculus in overcoming natural disasters in the form of a volcanic eruption
  Mount Gerandong suddenly erupted, Arif family on the slopes of the mountain not far from the mountain top and no access to transportation that allows him to go quickly from the area. Arif has a simple contour map that he created while walking with his family in the surrounding mountains. Here is the contour map.

So if we see the contour map depicted what should be done by Arif family to be safe from the volcano eruption, or at least reduce the risk of lava from the volcano?
Answer;

From the contour map can be seen that Arif's house is very likely to be exposed lava flow or lava because the house is located on the side of the steep slopes of the mountain. So one thing that can be done by Arif and his family are the leading places in the region C or D because the area is exactly what is not possible flowed by lava. This is because the nature of the lava which is similar to water that is flowing into the lower place. Lava will quickly go to the home Arif and slower to the point C or D is not a high point but the area is located in a curve that may not be exceeded by the lava flow. If the lava is flows  too much so that the whole mountain passes then it is likely Arif family will not survive. But if not then it is likely that area will not be missed are the C and D so that Arif and his family survived. At least the action could reduce the risk of Arif families affected by lava flows.

Saya setuju bahwasanya dalam kegiatan dikelas guru perlu  memiliki persiapan yang baik
dan dapat mengembangkan beberapa skema untuk mengajar. sedangkan para siswa berperan sebagai pelaksana dari pengetahuan yang mereka ketahui,sehingga mereka mengerti tentang apa yang diterangkan oleh guru melalui sebuah proses, diskusi misalnyta. Disini terlihat peran fital dari guru, namun tentunya pada siswa diberikan kesempatan untuk mengexplore kemampuan mereka. Sehingga mereka dapat mengetahui pengetahuan melalui diskusi dan kegiatan- kegiatan yang lain di kelas. Dari sini tentunya anak didik akan mendapatkan ilmu melalui proses, artinya tidaklah instan diberikan oleh gurunya sehingga ada sesuatu yang membekas dalam ingatan mereka. Karena menurut saya yang terpenting dalam kegiatan pembelajaran adalah proses untuk mendapatkan ilmu itu dan bukan hasil akhirnya.

Pendidikan kejuruan atau kadang-kadang disebut Pendidikan Karir dan Teknis yang memiliki
tujuan untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk karir yang berbasis di kegiatan manual atau praktis, pekerjaan. Hal ini kadang-kadang disebut sebagai pendidikan teknis sebagai pelajar mengembangkan keahlian secara langsung dalam kelompok tertentu teknik atau teknologi. Pendidikan kejuruan mungkin kontras dengan pendidikan dibiasanya (SMA) yang lebih mengarah pada pendidikan bidang  ilmiah , yang mungkin berkonsentrasi pada teori dan pengetahuan konseptual abstrak, karakteristik dan pendidikan tersier. Sementara ,pendidikan kejuruan dapat dikatakan pendidikan  sekunder yang  berinteraksi dengan sistem magang. Di Indonesia, kejuruan pendidikan diakui dalam program sekunder pendidikan yang SMK (Sekolah Menengah kejuruan).Untuk memenuhi pasar tenaga kerja di butuhkan tingkat keterampilan yang lebih tinggi. Pemerintah Indonesia semakin mendorong untuk investasi di masa depan melalui pendidikan kejuruan dan organisasi pelatihan yang didanai publik dan bersubsidi, magang atau magang untuk bisnis, termasuk mendirikan SBI (Sekolah
Bertaraf Internasional).

Sejalan dengan konsep kompetensi komunikatif, faktor-faktor berikut harus
 hadir dalam pendidikan kejuruan melalui bahasa Inggris:
1. Kefasihan bahasa dan dapat diterima harus dimiliki oleh guru
2.  Siswa diharapkan untuk berinteraksi dengan siswa lain untuk berkomunikasi
     dalam bahasa Inggris
3. Siswa harus diberikan kesempatan yang cukup untuk mengembangkan konten  pengajaran dan Bahasa Inggris.
4. Peran guru tidak hanya untuk memfasilitasi komunikasi isi pembelajaran tetapi juga untuk
    memfasilitasi bahasa Inggris sebagai alat untuk komunikasi
5. Perlu bagi guru untuk mendorong siswa untuk membiasakan berbicara dalam bahasa Inggris
6. Perlu bagi guru untuk mengembangkan media dan alat bantu pengajaran yang   mendukung    baik isi pengajaran dan bahasa Inggris

I totally agree that education in Indonesia must be reformed. National education reform can be done at two levels macro and micro. In macro , national education reform must be able to renew the vision and develop  educational paradigm and scrape out the constraint education while maintaining in improving the quality and professionalism.

To the teacher especially they must be can teach the students to get the value of education that their explain in the class. For the learners of math the lowest value of mathematics is that if only his own who use it, and a higher value if the mathematics can be used for public interest for the students especially.  But I think  that the most important value in mathematics is how to develop the logically thinking, because to answer the  globalization era we must have a good logically thinking to answer the problem in this era. From here maybe can created  student who have a noble soul.

Pemerintah Indonesia  telah upaya drastis untuk melakukan inovasi untuk semua aspek pendidikan untuk meningkatkan hasil pendidikan di Indonesia. Di antaranya adalah bekerja sama dengan banyak lembaga pendidikan swasta, sejak awal tahun 2000, sudah banyak program-program pendidikan yang dilakukan mulai dari inovasi pendidikan, sampai pembinaan-pembinaan bagi guru di Indonesia sampai yang terakhir adalah pemberian sertifikasi terhadap guru-guru profesional yang sudah memenuhi kriteria tertentu .

Dengan sejumlah besar siswa,dan  mahasiswa guru Indonesia menghadapi tantangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. Untuk itu salah satu yang mungkin bisa dilakukan adalah dengan mengembangkan kemampuan guru untuk membuat buku teks  panduan sendiri bagi mahasiswa atau siswanya. Diharap dengan begitu pendidikan di Indonesia bisa berkembang, sebab guru bisa membuat buku teks panduan bagi siswanya yang seharusnya lebih efisien jika digunakan dalam mengajar. Tentunya buku panduan tersebut harus sesuai dengan kurikulum yang diterapkan pemerintah sehingga tujuan pendidikan tidak menyimpang. Oleh karena itu rasanya dibutuhkan program pemerintah untuk mentraining guru-guru di Indonesia dibidang pembuatan buku teks panduan.

This paper is tell us a theory from Immanuel Kant about the role of intuition in mathematic. According to Kant, mathematics as a science is possible if the concept constructed based on mathematical in spatial intuition and time. So if mathematics is developed only by the method "Analytic" it will not be produced (constructed) a new concept, and so it will cause the math is just as science in fiction. According to Kant, mathematics was not developed only with the concept of "a posteriori "because if like that  math will be empirical.  However datas that obtained from empirical experience is required for sensing explore the mathematical concepts that are "a priori". This is where the unique the role of Kant's theory, which attempts to give solution (middle way) of extreme conflict between the rationalist and the empiricist in build the foundation of mathematics. According to Kant, intuition becomes the core and key for the understanding and construction of mathematical.

According to Kant (Kant, I., 1781), understanding and the construction of mathematical understanding is obtained by first finding "pure intuition" in the sense or mind. 

The mathematics are "synthetic a priori" can be constructed through three stages of intuition 

ie "intuition sensing", "intuition is reasonable", and "intuitive mind". Intuition sensing 

associated with mathematical objects that can be perceived as an element a posteriori.

In material math can be describe  by some of object in our live like picture, pyramid in Egypt and much the form of house and much other. And in formal we can described math by pure mathematic , axiomatic math, formal math or math that be defined  with deductive. Beside of both of them there normative aspect in math, that is about the value in the math.

One of the value of math is we can develop our logically thinking, and it will be help us to especially to student to solve the problem that appear in their live. And to make   logically thinking we need the culture to study math in the school. To make the student interest with mathematic we can use some activity in class that can make them interest with the activity, so if the student have interest with the activity that will be make they like or love with math.

Yogyakarta State University have been done WCU(world Class University) program since 2008. And that time until know there some progress that we can found. But still there some constraint to render YSU to be one of the World class University in Indonesia. Some of them are :

1.       The ability of lecturers and the students in English is still insufficiently

2.       The lecturers that have doctoral degree is still insufficiently

3.       The paper of lecturers in YSU that publish in international is still insufficiently

4.       The facilities that stored in YSU is still insufficiently, etc.

Although that YSU have been make some program to reduce this constraint. We hope YSU can be better again, and became one of the World class university.
